Sing & Play with Jocelyn
Join Jocelyn for a fun music session to sing, dance, and play with your little ones! Experiment with a variety of instruments from ukuleles and keyboards to kazoos and oboes. Appropriate for all ages and abilities – as long as you can giggle and have fun!

Milk & Cookies: Community Breastfeeding Drop In Clinic
Bring your baby and breastfeeding questions to Jean Helen Vondriska, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. She will work with you and your baby to help you meet your breastfeeding goals in a relaxed and nurturing environment. You will be able to check on your baby’s weight, meet other breastfeeding Moms and babies, grow in your breastfeeding skills with the support and individualized attention of Jean. And yes, there will be cookies! $40 consultation fee.

Art Adventures with Angela
Children of all ages are invited to create an art piece or contribute to a collaborative group project inspired by art history, literature, creative expression and exploration.

Jugamos con Yoga! with Maggie
How does a lion roar in Spanish? How does a rooster greet the sun? In this light-hearted, movement-based storytelling class, we’ll create, play and engage with the Spanish language by embodying characters in popular Latin American children’s stories. Led by an experienced children’s yoga instructor and bilingual storyteller, this drop-in class will support language exploration as we laugh and learn together. No yoga or language background necessary. Come in comfortable clothes and let’s play! Jugamos con yoga!

This meet-up is offered in conjunction with Mama Power Gear founded to celebrate motherhood and connect moms.  Come connect, relax, and have fun with other local mamas and their little ones for a discounted admission ($8 one child, $4 each additional child) for an all day pass and receive 10% off of any purchases made from Mama Power Gear.

Tales, Teamwork and Tactile Art with Allison
Explore the world of children’s literature through this interactive story time. Your child will then have the opportunity to participate in a game with their peers as they practice taking turns and becoming part of a group. Finally, watch your child’s creativity shine as they make connections to the story through art making.

We LOVE our grandparents and believe strongly in the importance of intergenerational play. Join us with your grandchildren for Gather’s monthly Grandparent Playdate and receive half price admission ($6 for one child, $3 for each additional child).

Super Hero Saturday with Captian Cupcake & Joe from Comix Revolution
Calling all Super Heroes! Put on your cape and fly over to Gather! Laugh till your smiling muscles hurt with the stupendous, super-colossal, amazing Captain Cupcake. He sings, he jokes, he plays the guitar, he leaps over piles of sweetened baked goods in a single bound! Captain Cupcake, AKA Adam Reagan, is an all round funny guy. Adam, a local dad of a sweet little one, has an uncanny knack to engage in creative, hilarious play that kids love. Don’t miss a comics focused storytime with Joe from Comix Revolution. Joe holds a Master of Arts in Elementary Education from Columbia College Chicago and is a big fan of the Hulk. Get ready for some fun and creative play!
